Version 2024.2.L - July 8th, 2024

From The Product Team

The following improvement/bug fixes are in this release:

New top level category Cyber Threat Intelligence for reports and three sub-categories
which are mapped to existing and new element classifications as follows:


​Cyber Threat Intelligence (top-level category)

  • Intelligence (sub-category)

    • Collective Threat Intel (classification)

    • Intel (classification)

    • Threat Report (classification)

  • Characteristics (sub-category)

    • Campaign Characteristics (classification)

    • Host Characteristics (classification)

  • Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (sub-category)

    • Attack Pattern (new classification)

    • TTP (classification)

This new category and 3 new sub-classifications will be included in Collection Health Summary and Collection Scorecard reports, including in graphs, lists and descriptions.

The graph and legend colors for Vulnerability category in the Collection Health Summary report.

  • Admin sections such as user, group, and workspace management now display the name of the organization in place of the search field.

  • If you have global permissions to create a new threat, the link for "New Threat" will no longer appear on the navigation bar. Click here for more details.

  • Redesign for certain tables.

Bug Fix:

  • Fixed a bug in the Schedule New Reports page.

  • Redesign for the tables in the Notifications, Reports, and Element History sections.

  • Users can now create notifications when the system discovers a new risk (either a new threat or vulnerability).

  • We fixed an issue that affected the behavior of the radio buttons under "Select Collections to Include in the Report."

  • Exporting vulnerabilities for Active Elements

  • The "Points To" column in FQDN details is again visible.

  • When generating an Association Daily Activity report, users can now click on the "All" text or radio button to make their selection.

  • Vulnerabilities are now exportable as .csv files under Active Elements.

Please be aware that users cannot make API test calls or requests using the "Try It" feature on the scoutPRIME API Documentation website. Even with a valid token, calls via the "Try It" feature do not go to customer servers. We will enable this feature in the future.
