The scoutTHREAT dashboard includes a section for Weekly Needles which offers analysts with important intelligence reports on current or ongoing cyber threats.

To view these Needle reports, click on the Name of the report that interests you or on Select All.

Report details will load providing you with the full name of the report, a Description with the information about the threat or vulnerability, report Details, and Relationships that the report may have with objects already existing in your system.

From this report page, you can choose to share the information to TICE, extract entities, make edits, add an Opinion, or a Note.
