By default, intelligence data items from TICE need to be approved or rejected by an analyst in order to download to scoutTHREAT. However, users can bypass the Validation process by adding rules in the Rule Manager page that will allow certain items to download automatically.

For example, if a tenant shares intelligence on TICE and the information is usually of high quality and very complete, then a user can add a rule to automatically approve this tenant's intelligence by using their UUID when you add the Rule condition.
