Searching for a User/Teammate
To search for a user/teammate in scoutINSPECT, follow the steps below:
1. From the navigation, click on Organizations.
2. The My Team page will load. Type the name or email address of the user in the Search box. The system will load any matches.
If the user isn't in the system as a teammate of your organization, you will see a message indicating that the user was not found. Contact the admin to add the user.
Searching for a Network IP Address
To search for a network IP address in scoutINSPECT, follow the steps below:
1. From the navigation, click on Organizations.
2. Click on Networks.
3. Then, begin typing the network IP address in the Search box. The system will load any matches.
If the IP address of the network is not in the system, you will see a message indicating that it was not found.
Searching for a Domain
1. From the navigation, click on Organizations.
2. Click on Domains.
3. Then, begin typing the domain in the Search box. The system will load any matches.
If the domain is not in the system, you will see a message indicating that it was not found.
