Introducing LookingGlass Suite

LookingGlass is pleased to introduce LookingGlass Suite, a central platform for managing users across your portfolio of products.

User account management and product assignment is now administered in LookingGlass Suite. You will only need a single set of credentials to log in to all products within your portfolio.

To access scoutPRIME, follow either of these two methods:

Method 1

Navigate to the scoutPRIME login portal and enter your LookingGlass SUITE credentials. If your administrator has granted you rights to scoutPRIME in your portfolio, you will be able to login.

Method 2

Navigate to suite at suite.lookingglasscyber.com and enter your LookingGlass Suite credentials. Upon login, you will be able to navigate to all products to which you have access. Since you have already authenticated in LookingGlass Suite, you will be automatically authenticated in scoutPRIME.

If you encounter problems signing in to the scoutPRIME Dashboard or see a blank page load, contact your administrator or LookingGlass Technical Support for assistance at 1-855-936-9369. You can also send an email to [email protected].

Login Password Reset

If a user’s password is lost or forgotten, the Password Reset function can be used to update the user’s password to a new value without the help of an administrator.

To reset the password:

1. Navigate to the scoutPRIME login page. Click Need help signing in? then Forgot Password?

2. Enter your username or email address then click Reset via Email. The screen will update to display a message that an email has been sent to the address associated with the specified account.

4. You will receive a confirmation message that the email to reset your password has been sent. Check your email and follow its instructions.

Log Out

1. To log out of scoutPRIME click on your account name in the upper right corner of the application to access the drop-down menu.

2. Select Log Out.
