1. To resend the invitation email to a pending user, select the Pending Users tab, click on the three dots in the Access Level column for that user, and select Resend Invitation.
2. In the Resend Invitation screen that appears, click the Resend button to resend the invitation email. Click Cancel to cancel resending the email.
3. Once the pending user receives the email, they can click on the Activate LookingGlass Suite link in the email to activate their account.
