1. To reset a user's password, click on the three dots in the Access Level column and select Reset Password.
2. On the Reset Password window, click on Reset and password reset instructions will be sent to the user by email.
3. Once the password reset link has been sent to the user, a red tooltip will appear next to the user name in the Active Users screen. This indicates that the user is in Recovery status.
Clicking on the tooltip will display a popup message explaining the user's status.
The red tooltip will disappear after the user's password is changed.
