To log in to scoutTHREAT follow these steps:

1. Log in using the URL link provided by an administrator.

For information on the type of access privileges for each type of user, see scoutTHREAT User Roles.

NOTE: Depending on the organization's policy, you may need to be connected to a VPN before trying to log in to LookingGlass SUITE and/or scoutTHREAT.

2. Enter username and password and click Sign in.

3. For issues with login credentials, click Need help signing in?, then Forgot password.

4. Enter user name or the email address associated with the user then click Reset via Email to begin the password reset process.
